100% Bad Weather Refund Policy:

We guarantee 100% immediate refund if our captain cancels the trip. This could be as a result of bad weather conditions or technical issue.  Our guests safety and comfort are of primary importance.  We will do our best to either reschedule to the next available date, with suitable weather conditions, or offer to move the charter to an alternative boat.  Finally, if we are unable to amenably rearrange then we will refund in full.

 Please understand the following:

Rain showers do not affect safety when conditions are otherwise suitable. During the peak and high seasons it may not always be possible to reschedule.  We cannot guarantee perfect weather conditions, however everyone in our team gives 100% and it’s our aim to provide you with the best possible experience!
