Due to Covid, many ferries had been cancelled and we needed to get to Koh Tao from the mainland on a specific day. Arrangements were very smooth, and even when there was an issue with the original boat (it was going to take a few days to get a spare part), Chris went above and beyond to ensure he met his original commitment. Dave, our guide for the crossing was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend them for the quality of both service and their boats
