Fun Fishing
In conjunction with a guide / fisherman and will include use of fishing equipment and specialist baits such as live squid on request (48 hours notice required).

Full Day including 2-3 hours trolling (2 lines)
minimum 2 persons, maximum 4 persons.

Hookah or Scuba diving trip
In conjunction with a professional dive master, and includes use of all dive equipment, underwater video and photography.

Full day including 2-3 dives (20-40 minutes each)

Booking Policy:

50% deposit required for date allocation and booking confirmation by email with voucher reference.

Cancellation Policy:

All Cancellation Requests must be confirmed by email: info@samuiluxuryboat.com

If the cancellation request is received more than 7 days prior to the trip, the amount already paid will be refunded minus a 2,500 THB per administration fee.  Guests, who cancel within 7 days prior cruise for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to a 50% refund. Guests cancelling within 48 hours before the cruise will result in no refund.  Non-appearance/no written notice = 100% of full fare.  Voluntary termination by the guest of a cruise in progress will also result in no refund. If any cancellation due to weather conditions or technicality, guests will be offered alternative date, boat or yacht.

Refund Guarantee Policy:

We guarantee 100% immediate refund if our speedboat captain cancels the trip due to adverse weather conditions or technical issue. Our guests safety and comfort are of primary importance. We will do our best to reschedule to the next available date with suitable weather conditions or offer to move the charter to an alternative boat. If we are unable to amenably rearrange we will refund in full.
