In this scenario we would not approve a trip on 28.
We would monitor for 29 and if all ok approve on the day or move to 30.

 

 

We have no interest to send groups out on trips in uncomfortable conditions or with any concerns for the operators/boat owners diligence with regards to safety of the vessel itself and all the safety equipment onboard.

 

We almost exclusively work with expat/foreigner owned and managed yachts/boats,
it’s very simple; no risks whatsoever.

We guarantee 100% refund if we cancel the trip we will explain all options and alternatives available.

Cancellation Policy:

All Cancellation Requests must be confirmed by email: info@samuiluxuryboat.com

If the cancellation request is received more than 7 days prior to the trip, the amount already paid will be refunded minus a pre-notified administration fee.  Guests, who cancel within 7 days prior cruise for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to a 50% refund. Guests cancelling within 48 hours before the cruise will result in no refund.  Non-appearance/no written notice = 100% of full fare.  Voluntary termination by the guest of a cruise in progress will also result in no refund. If any cancellation due to weather conditions or technicality, guests will be offered alternative date, boat/yacht or a 100% refund.
