We have over 100 life jackets of all sizes, Fishing & Snorkeling Equipment available on request.

Flotation toys are not provided, permission to use will be dependant on weather conditions.

If guests would like to go to beach, we can transport them with our small boat.

We have 2 paddle board on board for use, free of charge, weather conditions permitting.

MUSIC

We can recommend DJ for your VIP cruise at additional charge

or you can provide us your own playlist via USB, laptop or iPod.

We do not allow guests to bring their own alcohol of this Yacht

If there is a requested bottle we can’t get here on Koh Samui, we charge 1,500 THB per bottle in corkage and 10% service charge, soft drinks and juice will not be included but charged 40 THB per for soft drinks and 120 THB for juices.

BOOKING POLICY

50% deposit required for date allocation and booking confirmation by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be confirmed by email: info@samuiluxuryboat.com

If the request is received more than 7 days prior the Cruise, the amount already paid will be refunded minus a 2,500 THB per booking administration fee.  Guests, who cancel within 7 days prior cruise for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 48 hours before the cruise will result in no refund. Non-appearance/no written notice = 100% of full fare.  Voluntary termination by the guest of a cruise in progress will result in no refund.

REFUND GUARANTEE

We guarantee 100% immediate refund if our captain cancels the trip due to adverse weather conditions or technical issue.  Our guests safety and comfort are of primary importance.  We will do our best to reschedule to the next available date with suitable weather conditions or offer to move the charter to an alternative boat.  If we are unable to amenably rearrange we will refund in full.
