BOOKING POLICY

50% deposit required for date allocation and booking confirmation by email.

CANCELLATION POLCY

All cancellation requests must be confirmed by email: info@samuiluxuryboat.com

If the request is received more than 7 days prior the Catamaran Lagoon Cruise, the amount already paid will be refunded.  Guests, who cancel within 7 days prior cruise for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 48 hours before the cruise will result in no refund. Non-appearance/no written notice = 100% of full fare.  Voluntary termination by the guest of a cruise in progress will result in no refund.

REFUND GUARANTEE

We guarantee 100% immediate refund if our captain cancels the trip due to adverse weather conditions or technical issue.  Our guests safety and comfort are of primary importance.  We will do our best to reschedule to the next available date with suitable weather conditions or offer to move the charter to an alternative boat.  If we are unable to amenably rearrange we will refund in full.
